We've just added a new Forum post for our 3rd April Superior departures, please fee free to use this to contact other fellow travellers (see link below)
Hi Becky
The last we went was late March. I found it quite cool at night and early morning - clothes wise I think Anthony has answered that. In Cairo I tended to wear long linen pants a t-shirt with short sleeves and light shirt with longer sleeves to cover up when necessary or if it was a little cool. Everywhere else cut off pants(read shorts for the younger person) and sleeveless t shirts or tops and carried a wrap or light shirt just in case. Hope that helps.
Thanks again for your email. All of the hotels that you will be staying in offer a selection of restaurants or if you would like to eat out our guide or the hotel concierge will be more than happy to point you in the right direction of a good restaurant. During the sightseeing tours the guide will liaise with the group and will make stops during the day where you will be able to purchase lunch.
Hi Becky
My husband and I are doing the Egypt Experience tour at the same time as you. We've been to Egypt before but stayed in Taba so we haven't done a tour there as such, we did go to Cairo overnight but when we visited the pyramids there was a sandstorm, hopefully we'll get a clearer view this time.
Thanks for joining our community site, I hope you find it useful.
We do have another 10 passengers confirmed on our Egypt Experience and Splendours of the Nile (which runs alongside the Egypt Experience but doesn't include Hurghada) tours on the 3rd April. I will send a group email out to the other passengers travelling on this date and let them know that you would like to contact them.
